Spotify app is crashing everytime i open it. Restarted my device, removed and reloaded the app. Still crashes

That shouldn't be right. Could you try doing a reinstallation by using this guide? Just in case you missed something.

If you're still having troubles, please let me know the following details:

1. Exact Device (e.g. iPhone 5S)

2. Exact operating system (e.g. iOS 8.3)

3. Spotify app version installed

4. What are you doing when the app skips/ stops/ crashes? Is it when it opens? When scrolling through tracks? When searching?

5. About how many playlists do you have?

Hi, I followed that guide, I was able to open it once after that but now its doing the same thing. I open the app, the spotify symbol appears and then it takes me back to my phones home screen. I'm using an iphone 5. I have 5 or 6 playlists.
