      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi! My songs cut off in the middle and after looking at the Spotify Community posts I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. That made things worse! Now I can't play any music at all and I've already reinstalled multiple times. Please help!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, sorry for the delay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looks like your phone gets clogged with unwated files and memory hogs. Try cleaning out the caches on your iPhone:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press Settings &amp;gt; Safari.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tap Clear History and Data.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Proceed to Clear.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then restart your iPhone and do a quick reinstall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still doesn't work, free up some memory on your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tap Settings &amp;gt; General usage&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tap Manage Storage.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tap an item in Documents and Data.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Slide unwanted items to the left and tap Delete.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tap Edit &amp;gt; Delete All to remove all the app's data.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try updating your OS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
