Seriously disappointed !!!

I was never really clear on the bill after the three month special? I thought after you downloaded a song it stays on your phone permanently! Lastly my phone keeps uploading and downloading songs but they never stay on phone, even when I go into offline mode! And today for some reason my whole song list all the way disappeared ! If this can't be resolved quickly I'm done with this company!

First of all i got some questions:

Have you tried to reinstall the app ?

Are you sure that you've logged in you main account ? This is maybe the issue

Hello, when you go into Available Offline, the songs will stay there for 30 days, this is to limit people that switch from Premium to Free. After the 30 day period, you will need to re-sync (switch available offline to on) so that you can listen to your tunes for another 30 days.

Songs will never stay offline if you switched to Spotify Free.

If you are on Spotify Premium, try deleting the application and installing it again. I seem to have no issues with saving songs for iOS.
