Reset Password

Hi All

Recently i updated my password, and when i went to login in come up with "user name is incorrect or password" so i reset my password again.

And still was having the same problem as i can not login to my account.

I am a premium customer and my login details are correct but still won't let me login which is now beggining to really **bleep** me off.

PLEASE someone help!!!!

Sorry to see that it's taken a while for a reply here.

If you have trouble with this again, can you ensure you're logging in with your username and password, rather than entering your email address?

If you're still seeing the error message after that, can you try resetting your password again using this link?

Try it out in a different browser/incognito window in Google Chrome if possible.
