issues with application in iphone 4S

hello, I need help.

every time I play music with spotify, it starts to stop and play, forward, automatically. it also activates my voice command option in my iphone.

this happens only when playing music with spotify, I already tried with 2 different iphones, and samething..

please help or advise.

Could you try doing a full reinstallation of the app, including removing your local cache/data files.

Oh, that is irrelevant on iOS. I always use this sentence so that I don't need to change it for every type of device.

You can skip that part. Sorry for the confusion.
