&lt;P&gt;Try using a different browser/device to change your country. If that doesn't work, I will escalate the problem for a Spotify moderator to come.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have tried to change the home country following the instructions but the only country option it gives me is the USA and I live in Canada....
