Unable to sync local files

Hello everyone! I recently was trying to put my itunes music into spotify and it worked for awhile until I got a new phone and not those local files will not sync into my phone whatsoever! Does anyone have a solution? This is really frustrating!

You are only allowed to offline sync to three devices. You probably need to deactivate your old phone. Go here and remove your old phone, it will hopefully clear up one of the three slots.

I tried removing the devices but the local files are still showing up as gray on the mobile
