Offline Syncing Issues On iPhone 6s

I got a new iPhone 6s yesterday and synched mutiple playlists for offline play without incident. I went to creat a new playlist last night and added multiple albums that all downloaded, but then it hit a snag and I keep getting a message on the playlist that says "Available offline. Waiting to download." I've got PLENTY of space on my phone, so I know that isn't the issue. I've started and restarted Spotify and other obvious things like that.

The same playlist did not have issues being available for offline play on my laptop (Mac).

Anybody else having this problem?

I'm having same issue with a "waiting to download" message for playlist offline syncing. Only difference is I can't sync any playlist. It just sits there over multiple hours and won't sync anything.

It used to work on my iPhone 6, but with my new iPhone 6s after iCloud restore it won't work. I have tried:

- signing in and out
- turning off all syncing, uninstalling app and reinstalling

Nothing works.
