[iOS] BUG: Settings for shuffle and repeat button not persisting

Brief description of the issue:

My Spotify app won't persist Shuffle and Repeat button states, and after restarting the app they will be marked as disabled. I have this issue since a long time already, didn't have a chance to file a bug report.

This is a very annoying bug because also changes the settings on my OSX application.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Download Spotify
Open it
Set the Repeat and Shuffle buttons to active
Close the app
Open it again
The buttons will be disabled

What steps you’ve tried already: Upgrading the app... the same effects since many versions. Haven't tried reinstalling yet...

Type of Spotify account you have (Free or Premium): Premium

The app version of Spotify you’re using:4.0.0.919
