Says I can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days

I was an exchange student in Italy for six months and used my account that I created in the U.S. The whole time. I have been back in the states for almost three months and when I updated my iPad and cell phone it kicked me out. Of my account. Is there a way to get me back in?

Hello. Have you checked you are a premium user? Only premium users have unlimited time of use when abroad. In the other hand, free user have only two weeks to be used abroad.

Ok. Premium users have unlimited time to use spotify no matter where they are. You should contact spotify customer care: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/ .Fill out the form and explain you are a premium user and that you are travelling. They should take care of it. If you get a mail, answer it anyways with the same explanation.
