Waiting for Download

Hello together!

I have an iPhone 6 and the newest Spotify Version. Since two or three days I can't make more of my playlists "offline". If I klick on the button it says "Wartet auf Download/Waiting for Download" and nothing happend. The grey Arrows don't become green ones.

I logged out and in. Nothing changed. I installed the App completly new. Nothing changed. I can't download my playlists to be offline. Does anyone have an answer? 😞

It doesnt even download when you're in the app?
If so, I would recommend you to contact the spotify support!

No, if I'm in the App & klick the button, nothing happend. Yeah, but is there any special german spotify support (hotline or something else)? I didn't find one. 😞 but thanks for help!

I’ve got IPhone 6s Plus and running Spotify Premium on it. It worked perfectly ok but it’s been 2 days that Spotify App keep showing Waiting for Download and most of the track I used to have turned to grey! I’ve tried all the possible solution I’ve seen here so far including Reboot the phone, reinstallation of the app and download my offline playlist and songs again whatsoever. It was working fine for a day then it stuck again since this morning. Please help ! Otherwise having Premium Account doesn’t make any sense!

Das selbe Problem!

Allerdings sind nur 'eigene Dateien' betroffen, aber erst seit kurzem ;-(

Seit kurzem spielt mein Android Gerät die 'eigenen Lieder' nicht mehr ab. Alles andere aus der Playlist läuft.

Auf dem PC werden die eigenen Lieder auch gespielt, aber auf dem Smartphone sagt er plötzlich 'Song nicht verfügbar' - wartet auf download.
