Hi, new user here. Went "premium" for the sole reason of being able to connect to my Cambridge Audio streamer and can't get it working. I updated the Spotify app first and just noticed the DEVICES AVAILABLE button is gone, so there is no way to connect to the streamer.

iPod Touch 5

iOS 7

edit: I was able to connect to another device (B&W Z2 speaker) so I can see the DEVICES AVAILABLE button now but still no Cambridge Audio. The display on the streamer says "Spotify - Not logged in".

Hi my connect just stopped working earlier tonight. I have an iPhone 6 and a Windows 10 PC. This is the first time Ive had this problem it worked early in the day and for many days and weeks before. I havent changed anything on either device. I reinstalled it on my phone and updated, restarted my phone, restarted my computer, exited and restarted Spotify on my computer to see if there was an update. None of these worked. I have done every force quit and restart and exit combination I can think of and none of them have worked. I also tried uninstalling then reinstalling spotify on my computer. Same problem, I get nothing on either device that says devices are available. Yes I have clicked the speaker icon on the pc to check, yes I have checked on the bottom in the app as well.

This is the spotify version on my computer: 1.0.15.133.gf21970bd

My iPhone is on 8.1.2

My iPhone Spotify app is: 4.1.0

Is there any help here at all?

I reached out to @spotify on Twitter with this issue and was later contacted by @spotifycares on Twitter; they were able to fix this issue for me- although I am not sure exactly what was done, if you all have Twitter; I would suggest this route of action!
