I have somehow downloaded all of my playlist and used all of my phone memory. How can I set it back to only play when I am online

@Joyk Welcome to the Spotify Community!

Kindly reinstall the Spotify app again:
1. On the home screen, tap and hold the Spotify icon until it shakes.
2. Tap the X symbol on the icon.
3. Open the App Store then search for and install the Spotify Music app.

Try to sync selectively a few playlists, On a rough estimate:
1 song on Normal Sync is about 1mb, on High it's about 6 to 9mb and on Extreme its >10mb and above.

So make sure your phone have enough space by going to Settings -> Usage -> Storage Subsection ("Manage Storage")
