Automatic Shuffle with Premium.

Hi, I have a Premium account, but my spotify keeps on playing the songs on shuffle and it's making me hysterical. It does that both on my MacBook and my Iphone. Please help me!!

When you click on your account page, it still shows premium? I'd try a fresh logout/login to see if it works.

Did you ever get this resolved?

If not, I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.

I'm pretty sure I have this same problem. Contacted Spotify support and they gave me several suggestions, which I tried. Nohting helped. Eventually, they said "Many thanks for reporting this. Our tech folks are currently looking into it. A fix should be on its way in an upcoming update!" That was November 26. I hope they are actually working on fixing this issue.
