Cannot Listen To Local Files And Playlists On My iPod Touch

I would like to listen to my Local Files and my playlists that I created on the Spotify app.

No Local Files are showing up on the iPod Touch.

Instead, it says this:

Local files is currently empty

Install Spotify on your computer to add and play songs from your local library.

Why aren't my local files from my computer on my iPod Touch?

For a playlist that I created, I cannot download it on the Spotify app and from Spotify on my computer.

I get this instead:

Offline mode is a Premium exclusive feature.

Get Premium

Did you ever figure this out? I have premium, and have local files added from my computer. But on my iPhone under local files it says "Locla files is currently empty"...

Can anyone help? Thanks
