Not getting notifications

Hi. I do not appear to be getting notifications for playlists on SPotify on my macbook (I only get notifications for new albums) or on my phone or via email. In my spotify notification settings on the website, my settings all of the options for notifications are selected.

Has anyone else had this problem/ knows a solution?

I have this exact same problem.

I sent at least 15 emails back and forth with Spotify support... I finally got an email from them saying they removed this notification feature.

i didn't believe them so I created a new account for testing ... No playlist update notifications on the second account either :((
