So, I just started using SPotify Premium, and I have a playlist I want to sync to my iPod, so I made it available offline, but I still can't sync it. What should I do?

What type of iPod do you have?

If it is a classic/shuffle/nano, you need to read this topic. It is not possible to sync any content from the Spotify catalogue to those devices, they can only be used to store local files which you already own. The reason for this is they do not support the Spotify application which is required to ensure Spotify can keep track of track plays to make sure artists are paid fairly.
