Hi there!

On desktop: choose the songs or albums you want to sync with your phone and add them to a playlist.

Open the app on your phone, find that playlist with your local files. They will be greyed out now, hit the Available Offline button and the local songs from your computer will be downloaded to your phone. The Spotify app on your computer needs to be open while you do this.

Hope it helps!
