Shuffle and repeat reset randomly

Hello,

I have spotify premium and use it on my iPhone.

I usually listen for music with shuffle and repeat_all switched on (so it randomly plays playlist without stoping).

However, frequently, when I start the spotify iOS app next day, these settings are switched off again. That happens almost every day. I do not restart the iPhone in between.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2.1

Premium account

Sporify App 5.0.0.992

If it is important, on my mac's spotify, shuffle and repeat are consistently switched on, as they should, without resets.

Sorry for the late reply.

Have you tried reinstalling the Spotify app to see if that helps (any settings you have set will have to be changed again after the reinstall)
