Offline/Playlist sync does not function.

Using iPhone 6+ (latest version)

Spotify is on latest version I believe (5.0.0.992)

Recently added just 4 songs to my custom Playlist which currently has 333 songs, I accidently hit the offline mode switch on the phone and now it doesn't download anything from my computer. Offline mode is enabled on both devices, closed out of Spotify several times on both as well. Connected to the same wireless network, and plugged into my computer. What's the deal yo? This is the only app I pay for and I'm surprised I am having this issue all of a sudden. Never once have I complained until now. Yes I have enough space on the phone for it to download (2.5gb free).

added 4 songs ? local files ? if yes....i have the same issue. i think its an desktop client problem

How do you know how many songs you have?

Desktop client you say? Hm, I really don't want to go through the trouble of reinstalling. To see the total song count (looking from desktop program) it is located at the top bar where it shows the name of your playlist.
