Mode offline with cellular data

Hi, I have a question,when I downloaded my playlists, they still use my cellular data if I don't active the Mode Offline in my phone?

The app will play the downloaded song instead of using data from the Spotify servers.

However, some data will still be used to communicate with Spotify's servers.

If you don't want to use any data, it is best to turn on offline mode to make sure that you are not using data.
