Hi,

I try to login with an Iphone and/or Ipad but it fails from the Netherlands. The message I get is that the usersname and/or password is not correct. But when I login true a website I do can login.

Can anybody help me what goes wrong?

Hi Josette,

please try logging in with your username only instead of your username@email.com and let me know if it helps.

Had the same problem and logging in with the username helps,

but that's close to harrasment, my spotify username is 26 random

characters, it's more complex than my password 😞
