Crashes

Spotify keeps on crashing on my iPhone 6, I tried to resolve this by being told to delete and reinstall the app. I did so and now my songs will not sync, the app will sync about 1 or 2 songs then crash. I have to spend all of my time on Spotify offline and it's very very irritating, also noticed that on my phone, when I close the Spotify app, music should fade out? Correct? It just cuts off or sometimes gets skippy and repeats the same part of the song over and over and over again. Please if anyone has any solutions, this is driving me insane as I use Spotify every single day and music is a large part of my life.

Hi @Bruceyboy_223,

please try deleting the app through iTunes (conect your iPhone in your computer, open itunes ---> mobile and find/delete Spotify app.

Then disconnect, restart your iPhone and reinstall Spotify.
