&lt;LI&gt;When you cancel your Premium subscription you receive a confirmation email, if you hadn' received one, you hadn't cancelled correctly your subscription.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/" target="_self"&gt;this contact form&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cancelled my subscription before my 30 day trial was up and I still got charged. Pretty mad at this point and theres no way to contact anyone in regards to this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
