&lt;P&gt;This sounds odd. First, can you check &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/" target="_blank"&gt;here &lt;/A&gt;if it shows you up as a Premium subscriber?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If it does, then try &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/" target="_blank"&gt;re-installing&lt;/A&gt; your app.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If not, you should use the &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/" target="_blank"&gt;contact form&lt;/A&gt; to get in touch with a member of the Spotify staff to take a look into this for you. Please make sure in that case to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's a no-reply!&lt;/LI&gt;
