      <title>Running Playlist doesn't load</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a problem with the Running feature of Spotify for iOS. I've been using the running feature for a few months without any issues. About two weeks ago the following problem occours and I cannot use the feature anymore:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I choose Browse and then Running, only three dots appear (loading screen). Even after waiting for minutes nothing happens (i.e. no playlists are loading). I tried using the feature on Wifi and on LTE and I reinstalled the app without any success. All other features are working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last tested with Spotify version 5.2.0.1205 and iOS 9.3 (on an iPhone 6).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone provide a solution for this problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Greeting from Düsseldorf (Germany)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Try restarting the iPhone by holding home and lock for 10 seconds.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If that doesn't&amp;nbsp;help&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;try to login on your account, on a different device, then&amp;nbsp;try accessing Running. Does the same thing happen?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your suggestions. I cannot test the feature on another device since I only own one iphone. But I tried using the feature with the Spotify account of my syster and it worked on my iphone. Therefor I suspect the issue is related to my account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
