Menu changed from left to bottom

I had the new view all of a sudden and I liked it much.
It's hard to push the buttons on the left corner on an iPhone 6S plus.
But the equalizer didn't work, even if I reinstalled it.

At same time I opened Spotify on my iPhone 6 and had the old view.
After I restarted it a few times I had the new view too. On my 6S+ it changed from new to old simultaneously.
After I updated Spotify yesterday I only have the old view.
(I don't like it)
I want the buttons on the button again.

Is there anyway to activate it again?

Yes! I got the bottom button update for my iphone 6s and loved it, but my daughter's 6s never showed anything but the old way. That stayed for about a week and now neither of us have it. Would much rather have the bottom navigation. That left-side slider is just clunky for one-handed use.

Saw the bottom button update on my brothers iphone 5, and am waiting every day for the update. the top left menu button ist just not nice to use.
F. e. it takes a lot of taps to get back to 'search' from any menu but the spotify home screen. Please get the bottom buttons for all users on ios! It's much better useable.
