HI THERE My son has spotify premium on his iphone to listen to music, He had a B&W zepplin for his birthday and wants to listen to music through it via his iphone/spotify app. is this possible? Typical bird question I'm sure but if the music playing on his phone we plug the phone into the Zepplin and can hear nothing! Help a poor mum out please! Thanks

B&W Zeppelin should work fine.

Have you tried performing a clean reinstall of the app? To do this, just follow the steps here: https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/

Also, are you noticing any of these problems on any other music applications such as Youtube?
