Notifications not displayed, follower count incorrect

Hi,

I recently created a spotify account, and I have not received any notifications to my phone even though my settings are set to receive them. My follower count is also incorrect. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have an iPhone 6.

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

I've tried logging out then logging back in, didn't work. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, didn't work. Any other suggestions?

1. Exact Device (e.g. iPhone 5S)

2. Exact operating system (e.g. iOS 8.3)

3. Spotify app version installed (2.2.0)
