Keeps on logging out

I have the app on my iPhone and IPad. On my iaphone, the apps keeps on logging me out which leads me to downloading all the songs on my playlist again.. And ofcourse, eats up my data again. And on my iPad, the available offline options keeps on turning off. My app is always updated. What's happening and how can I have it fixed?

Are you still having this issue?

You can only download music for offline use on up to 3 devices so make sure you are not using more than 3. If you download music to a fouth device, it will disable offline mode on one of your other devices:

Also, are you sure nobody else is using your account? This seems really weird. The app is not supposed to keep logging you out. I would suggest changing your password from the account page and also click the log out of all devices button.
