The shuffle for my iPhone has gotten so bad that it will play the same 10 songs on shuffle over and over again. I've tried downloading the app again but that didn't work. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?

Can you try to log out/log in?

If after that shuffle is still not working you should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form.

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

I've had a similar problem as well. When I skip songs, often the shuffle comes back to them once I find a song I want. It plays the exact same songs I skipped in the order I skipped them. So I have to skip them again to find another song I want. Even though I hit shuffle, there are songs I don't want to listen to at the time.
