      <title>Problem streaming</title>

      <description>What is happening:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1) I have Spotify family premium&lt;BR /&gt;2) Usually I am able to stream online music&lt;BR /&gt;3) I clicked an online playlist, the song plays for 10 seconds and cuts off&lt;BR /&gt;4) I tried other online playlist and songs, same thing has happened&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Steps I've done to solve the problem but to no avail:&lt;BR /&gt;1) log in log out&lt;BR /&gt;2) close app&lt;BR /&gt;3) change streaming quality&lt;BR /&gt;4) uninstall and re install app&lt;BR /&gt;5) clear my memory space&lt;BR /&gt;6) restart my phone&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Would appreciate the help! Thanks!</description>
