Music Not working

Most of my music will not play when I am away from wifi and when I have my data off. This has been happening for a month now. I have no idea what's wrong. They all will work with wifi. But with out only a few will.

Hey @Ryan1122 🙂

Spotify is a music-streaming app, this is why you need internet connection to stream the songs.

If you have Premium subscription, you'll need to set your playlists or songs offline so you can play them without internet connection.

I have a premium account. I have a playlist. I have even tried deleting the songs that don't work and re-download them but still they just won't work offline

Maybe you'll need to refresh your device that has offline songs.

Go to your Account Overview then remove your offline devices here -- https://www.spotify.com/account/offline-devices/
Then you'll need to reinstall the app.

This means you'll need to re-sync everything, but this usually eliminates any cache problems (cache is where offline songs are stored).
