Can't Sync Local Files

I can't sync my local files at all.. they will play on the desktop but when i try to play them on my iphone it says "song not downloaded blah blah." i have tried everything: i've got enough space on my phone, both are on the same wifi, i've deleted and readded both apps. I'm at a loss here and it really sucks to pay for premium and not have this feature. any help would be great!!!

Hi @bigmak,

Are you using a firewall or a anti-virus suite running that includes a firewall? If so, make sure to allow Spotify through.
