Other than the proxy, there's nothing else blocking Spotify. The Mac desktop app works fine on the same wireless network when supplied with the proxy server's address, but the iOS app seems unable to connect. I'll either get an "unable to connect... get on a better wireless network" message, or it will just try to connect forever.
