No Push Notifications!

Hi all,

Brief description of the issue: I am not receiving any notifications on iOS for either iPad or iPhone.

What steps you’ve tried already: I have tried disabling and re-enabling all push notifications in settings, logging out and re-logging in, and deleting and re-installing the application. This has been happening for probably 6 months wtih no resolution.

Your device and operating system (e.g. iPhone 5, iOS 8): iPhone 6 iOS 9

Type of Spotify account you have (Free or Premium): Premium family

The app version of Spotify you’re using: 5.7

Could this be something in the back-end of my account? I have triple-verified that all push notifications are set to on in my account settings as well as the settings for push notifications in iOS are all set to on.
