I've moved your post to the Help - iOS board, as it seems you've run into some problems which are not intended by design: while sometimes new features roll out to particular platforms first, you definitely don't need to pay for the right to use Airplay for instance. On Android, things like airplay and queue are available for free. I have more control over my music between my compter, playstation, and Android device.
