Hello, Spotify staff!
I downloaded spotify on my iPhone 5s and yes, i have a premium account, i don't get why when i set it on 'available offline' the songs aren't loading (it's connected to wifi). P.S. Loading--I mean it doesn't, like, pre-download it. like in the PC.
i'm sorry if what i said is confusing
i'm not sure on how to express it on words.

Hey! There are serveral reasons why downloading to your phone doesn't work. Could you check if your device has enough storage space left? (Settings > General > About > Available) If you have enough space left, make sure you don't have more than 3,333 songs on your device, the limit for offline songs is 3,333 songs per device. i have 8gb of extra space
and my songs are 1k ish
so far none have downloaded

Okay, thanks for your information. I have a few other things you can try to resolve this issue.

Restart your phone.
Try to connect to another network.
Reinstall the Spotify app.

If those don't help just reply to this thread and I will look into it.
