My spotify app is giving problems since it updated ,I want to revert to an older version to see if this will solve the problem ,how do I do that ?..

Hey! Unfortuantely, on iOS it is currently not possible to downgrade an app. To solve your problem and start troubleshooting I need to know the following: The problem you are encountering, your version number (Settings > About > Version) and your iOS version. Good luck 🙂

Hey tanks for reply here's info you require- version 5.7.0.1055
iOS 9.3.2
Problem is intermittent , the sound goes and app becomes unresponsive to touch while appearing to be playing a song . ????

Hmmm, that sounds weird.. Could you try to reinstall the Spotify app and see if that improves the situation?
