Can't install Spotify

I had to uninstall Spotify because I couldn't open it and now I can't reinstall it, the cloud with the arrow is there but when I press it starts thinking for like a half second then the cloud comes back. I don't know what to do..

Hey! Benji, this had happened to my iPhone last month, but it was sorted really easily.

If you go ahead and remove any apps from the multitask view, and then go back to the home screen. You need to hold down the wake/sleep/lock button either on the side or top of your iPhone and the home button at the same time, until you see the apple logo. Once it boots up again, that should be the problem fixed

It still isn't working I don't know what to do about it, I am so sad that I can't listen to music 😞
