iOS spotify account not transferring

Hello!

I bought a new iPhone 6s today and am having probem signing in to my account. I created my account before there was a facebook link so I always have to use my user name instead of linking to facebook. It wont allow me to sign in and when I try to reset my password, the email is not sent. If anyone knows how to solve this problem I would be very greatful! Thanks!

Hey @keckelk3,

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

After that, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account.
