topic [iOS][Other] Equaliser issues in iOS (iPhone, iPad)

Firstly, I find it rather disappointing that I have to "speak to the community" in order to make myself heard. Why isn't there an email address or phone number to call you directly? You are committing a severe disservice to your product by making your users feel disconnected directly from yourselves.

The real issue: I find that he equiliser on the Apple product barely makes a difference to the sound anymore. I have been a premium subscriber for many many years and I'm pretty sure in the past the equiliser had a far more profound effect.

I have a range of headphones ranging from the cheap yet unbelievably good quality to ver expensive Sennheizers and none appear to register much.

Second point:
As every track has different equilision curves based on its age and many factors (you know all this), the equiliser is a device I fiddle with often, when it worked. Could you please make it more accessible than having to go down menu after menu after menu?

Third: could you please program a parametric version of the equiliser into Spotify for those of us who know exactly which frequencies to boost and what Q value etc. we want?

You are a brilliant product that has made a huge emotional difference to the lives of both myself and close friends. Please don't fail us now.

Kind regards
Mike Howell
