&lt;P&gt;You might have 2 accounts: one's on Free (which you're logged onto the app) and the other's on Premium (as seen on your Subscription page).&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It'll be best to reach out to the Support team, so they can check further for you. Just fill out the &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/" target="_self"&gt;Contact form&lt;/A&gt; or send a DM to &lt;A href="https://twitter.com/SpotifyCares/" target="_self"&gt;@SpotifyCares&lt;/A&gt;.       <description>I have an account in the premium Spotify, but the application is appearing to have a free account, and it is preventing me from hearing my offline music, already I checked the site and my account is regular premium, do not understand why the application is free, always used this email and connected with Facebook and never had a problem, please help me because I am paying something and I'm not able to use and really like Spotify, thank you very much.</description>
