Premium is rubbish I was very happy with Spotify till now.Ive just paid for premium and it is rubbish and doesnt work. I cant list the faults. why do I get adverts, why cant I play my playlist why cant I get online, keeps telling me Im offline,can I go back to the old version?

Hi! I'm really sorry to hear you're having problems, this is not the intention of Premium at all! A lot of these problems that you're describing sound like they might be fixable by uninstalling the Spotify app, and reinstalling it. Have you tried that?

I have the free version but I have the same problem, with full wi-fi signal spotify tell me that I'm offline. I try to reinstall the app and to logout and relogging but nothing is change. the problem is in the ios version, android app and windows PC spotify is perfect.

Hey pinen83!

That really sucks, have you tried logging out and in again? I know you reinstalled the app, but perhaps logging out and in again may have some sort of effect. Also, you may try restarting your phone, that could possibly fix it.

Hey @pinen83, when the offline message is coming up on Spotify, are you able to access other websites through Safari, such as Google? It'd also be worth testing to see if you can load www.spotify.com in Safari, in case your wifi is blocking it for some reason.

yes, when I have the offline message in the app of spotify I can access the spotify website in safari. the other thing strange is the time of connection. In android and windows PC I open spotify and is immediately ready to go from the last song that I've played last session. In IOS I have to wait 1/2 minutes, after that wait I can't restart from the last song/playlist. It seems that spotify in IOS lost the memory of the last session you played everytime you close the app.
