    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm facing a problem on my iPhone 6: since yesterday I cannot download music (I'm a premium member of course), there's no error message or anything, the Downloading is 0/250 for ever...My internet is working, I have no idea what could possibly be the reason for this. I don't want to re-download the app, because in this case I might lose all my music.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You could try to connect using a different Wifi network, just to see if it's a local issue or a network one. If the issue persists, you would have to try deleting and &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/us/learn-more/faq/#%21/article/reinstallation-of-spotify" target="_blank" shape="rect"&gt;reinstalling&lt;/A&gt; the app, which, yes, would make you lose your downloads. Your music, playlists, friends, etc. are stored in the cloud so they won't be deleted, as long as you keep using your same username to login to the app.&lt;/P&gt;
