iPhone speaker versus blutooth

Hi everyone,

I'm listening to Spotify in my car via blutooth with my iPhone, when suddenly the music starts to play via the iPhone's speakers.

The blutooh connection is fine. I can still hear iTunes musics in the car's radio, but the Spotify musics only play in the iPhone's speakers.

Can you help me with this?

Can you let us know what operating system and version of Spotify you're using? Also, does this happen when you use Spotify via Bluetooth with any speakers other than your car's?

Thanks for your reply Alejandar,

I'm using the latest iOS available (9.3, I think) and I always keep my Spotify updated.

Unfortunately, I've tested my phone with other blutooth device and everything is normal, so far.

When I connect an Android phone to my car's audio, everything runs normal (including spotify).

Maybe there is some kind of incompatibility with my car's audio with iPhones connections, but normally audio devices are more efficient with Apple devices.
