Hey @Katherine8779, welcome to the Spotify Community!

To start, can you let us know your phone's model, operating system, and the version of Spotify you're using? If you're getting any error messages when logging in from your phone, make sure to take a screenshot and send it over.

In the meantime, try to log in by using your username (not your full email address) and password.

Ciao, i can't log in either, same problem.. I can get into my pc web browser after I was imposed by an email from spotify to change my password, but I can not login into my ipad's spotify app. Any help? I try with both old and new password but no success

It's OK, I changed password yet again and it all works fine
