Why my spotify doesnt work? I started my iphone new and started the programm new but he writes only you are offline 😳 I pay for it, what can i do?!

I have the same problem (and other people too) only in ios. I've tryed a clean reinstallation, logout/login, change wi-fi signal but nothing is change. ios 9.3.4 on Ipod touch and spotify 5.7.0.1055. Spotify on android or windows pc never give me this problem
