so i have a really old version of spotify that i cant update and i have a newer version on my computer and it tells me to sync it and i don't know how? help????

Have you pursued anything steps to fix the problem yet?
What type of Spotify account do you have (i.e., Free or Premium)?
What version of iPod is it (e.g., iPod touch 6, A1574)? Find this in Settings > General > About > Model.
What version of iOS are you on (e.g., 9.3.4)? Find this in Settings > General > About > Version
What version of the Spotify app do you have (e.g., 5.7.0.1055)? Find this in Settings () > About > Version.
