Offline mode sometimes not working

This keep happens to me. I have premium Spotify yet occasionally my 'saved' or 'downloaded' albums do not work offline and it says that I need to go online. Very annoying considering I'm paying for this. See photos, it happens so often but not all the tin which is why it's weird. I have enough memory and all up to date with payments.

Passo pelo mesmo problema por diversas vezes, gostaria que a equipe do Spotify tomasse as providencias devidas para solucionar o problema que é constante com varios usuarios

I'm experiencing the same problem. I pay for my Spotify Premium, I download the albums I want, and when I'm about to listen to them, the app simply does not show any of my DOWNLOADED music. Please, fix this.

Eu também estou com o mesmo problema. O pior é que o app não fica offline nem um dia, e não mostram nenhum álbum offline, só playlists.
